- Bluefin tuna nigiri sushi (本鮪握りすし)
- Clam soup (しじみ汁)
- Sashimi: Fugu (pufferfish) and crab (お造り 河豚 カニ)
- Steamed egg custard with oyster (温物 牡蠣入り茶碗蒸し)
- Grilled assortment: Charcoal-grilled crab, dried fugu, and steamed abalone (焼き八寸 炭焼きカニと河豚一夜干しと鮑酒蒸し)
- Main dish: Sirloin sukiyaki-style (強肴 サーロインすき焼き風)
- Rice: Crab hot pot rice (食事 カニ土鍋ご飯)

Important Notes
- The type of crab may vary depending on availability (snow crab, king crab, hairy crab, etc.).
- If you prefer not to have oysters, we can prepare the steamed egg custard with other ingredients.
- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation. We cannot accommodate special requests on the day of your visit.
